The generally recommended water balances for our pools are different from traditional chlorine pools in several key areas. One of the most important aspects to the success of the Natural Water Environments' System is the Copyrighted, Support Options. We have specially designed our Support Options to meet the special needs of the chemically sensitive as well as consumers who just want the best water quality possible.
The Natural Water Environments' Support Options are not posted on this web site but will be sent to you at your request. We will be happy to explain the pros and cons of each option and discuss which option is the best choice for your family. These easy to follow maintenance programs go hand in hand with our systems to make pool care a breeze. Just read what our clients say on the Clients & Endorsements Section of this web site.

If you are out of the Dallas/Fort Worth area we generally request that you send one quart of your pool water for us to analyze. We charge $20.00 to do the basic tests above or you can have the test done locally if you feel they are competent and fax us the results.
We also need the following information to be included with the water sample or report.
1. Approximate Gallons 2. Type of Surface 3. Color of Surface 4. Type of Filter 5. How old is pool surface?
The main point to remember here is to follow our copyrighted program and not the advice of your local pool store unless they are familiar with Natural Water Environments' technology.
